All bidders must abide by College policy when attending pre-bid meetings or public openings.
Bidders or members of the general public wishing to attend a bid opening virtually must send an email to purchasing@middlesexcollege.edu at least 24 hours in advance of the opening date and time to request a Zoom link.
Hard-copy bids and proposals must have ORIGINAL signature(s) and be returned to Chambers Hall Room 129 prior to the closing date and time (electronic responses such as email or fax are not accepted unless specified as permitted in the solicitation package).
Bidders must download specifications directly from the Procurement Portal; the College is not responsible for bid/RFP documents obtained from other sources. Bidders that do not download bid specifications may not receive accurate addenda, date changes, and other information.
Preliminary results posted are pending legal review and Board of Trustees approval.
