SELECTIVE HEALTH PROGRAM INFORMATION SESSION
It is highly recommended that you attend a Selective Health Program Information Session prior to applying. Seats are limited! Sessions are listed on the Health Programs homepage.
APPLICATION PORTAL
Complete an online application between August 15, 2022 – December 15, 2022.
Application Fee is $25. If you are a current Middlesex College student, please do not use your Middlesex email address when applying.
Once you complete your Radiography application, your application portal will be activated. Your application portal will provide you with a list of required documents needed to complete your application process.

OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS: Official transcripts must be sent to Enrollment Services.
ALL College testing exemptions MUST be received by January 20, 2023:
COLLEGE TESTING EXEMPTIONS: Applicants must have completed all developmental coursework or be exempted from the exams listed below. Questions? Email us at Healthtech@middlesexcc.edu.
If English is not your best language and if you have not completed four years of high school English courses in the United States you will need to be proficient on the ESL exam before taking the College Placement Exam.
All students must take the College Placement Exam unless they have received an exemption(s). (Please email us via Healthtech@middlesexcc.edu to ensure the exemption has been received.)
Pre-requisite Science Courses and Cumulative GPA Requirements Must be completed by January 20, 2023:
LABORATORY BIOLOGY AND LABORATORY CHEMISTRY: A grade of “C” or higher is required in both laboratory biology and laboratory chemistry taken during High School or College. College level science courses will be weighted slightly higher than science courses taken at the high school level. Questions? Email us at HealthTech@middlesexcc.edu.
CUMULATIVE GRADE POINT AVERAGE: GPA of 2.75 or higher on a 4.0 scale is required
➢ College GPA calculation:
If you have at least 12 completed college credits (pass or fail) within September 1, 2020 – January 20, 2023 a recalculated cumulative GPA will be used for the GPA calculation.
If you do not have at least 12 completed college credits (pass or fail) within September 1, 2020 – January 20, 2023 a cumulative GPA will be used in the GPA calculation from all colleges attended.
Official TEAS VII results MUST be received by February 3, 2023:
TEAS VII EXAM: The TEAS VII exam can be taken at any location and must be taken once between September 1, 2022 and February 2, 2023. If the exam is taken multiple times during September 1, 2022 and February 2, 2023, only the score of the first exam completed will be used.

Required Vaccinations:
Any applicant wishing to be considered for one of Middlesex College’s selective health programs will be required to have received all of the following required vaccinations:
There will be no medical nor religious exemptions for any of the above listed vaccination requirements. All accepted students will be required to submit their up-to-date vaccination records by August 1st prior to the Fall in which they will begin the program. Failure to provide proof of vaccination will result in forfeiture of the seat in the program and non-refundable program deposit.

Tentative Dates: Orientation Date – May 25, 2023. o Satisfactory criminal background check and drug testing.
The Radiography Program starts Summer Session II (July 2023 start). Students are required to take RAD 100-Introduction to Radiography. BIO 111- Anatomy and Physiology I and CSC 107- Computers in Healthcare (if not already completed) are recommended in the course sequence at this time.
