Groups that rent Middlesex College facilities are bound by several College policies ranging from the use of alcohol to the sale of goods. Room set-ups, audio-visual equipment, parking, and room prioritization policies are included in the College’s Facilities Guidebook.
All groups renting space must provide the College with a Certificate of Liability Insurance, sign a contract and indemnification agreement, and provide payment. Events will be cancelled if all necessary documents are not submitted to the Events Management Department seven (7) days prior to the event.
Catering is available through our Campus Food Services, which has the capability to provide a full range of offerings, from simple coffee breaks to full-service banquets.
The College operates a duly-sworn law enforcement agency whose officers are empowered to act upon New Jersey statutes. In addition to protecting the campus community and guests, it also offers battery jumpstarts, escorts, lockout assists, first aid services, and visitor information.
Visitors can park in any spot not designated faculty and staff or handicapped (unless applicable). Lot 1 is the closest spot for Crabiel Hall and West Hall. Lot 4 is best for the College Center/Performing Arts Center.
