Graduates should arrive at 9:30 a.m. for check-in, as the procession begins promptly at 10:30 a.m.
- Via Self Service by April 1. Students applying after the April 1 deadline will not have their names appear in the Commencement program and their diploma availability may be delayed.

April 3, 2024: Deadline to purchase for Bookstore pickup.
- May 6–10, 2024: Pick up cap and gown at the Middlesex College Bookstore located on the Edison campus.
- Bookstore pickup hours:
Mon–Thurs (8 a.m.–4 p.m.) and Friday (8 a.m.–3 p.m.)

April 16, 2024: Deadline to purchase for home delivery (Shipping/Handling Fee Applies)
- Ship to home packages are estimated to arrive in approximately three weeks barring no fulfillment, distribution, or delivery interruptions by shipping carriers.
Attend the Graduation Fair
- Don’t miss the Graduation Fair on May 7 and 8 from 10 a.m.—4 p.m. at the Middlesex College Bookstore where you can pick up your cap/gown as well as purchase the following items:
- Middlesex College alumni apparel and gifts
- Order your college ring
- Purchase a diploma frame

Participate in Commencement
- Attend the Commencement Ceremony at Jersey Mike’s Arena (Rutgers Athletic Center) – [Directions]
- Tickets are not required for the Ceremony.
- Parking: There is sufficient parking at the Arena. Plan to arrive early to allow time to get from the parking lot to the building entrance. Handicapped drop-off is permitted, but cars must be moved to a parking lot. [Parking Information]
- Arena Protocols: A number of items are not allowed in the venue, including umbrellas, selfie sticks, balloons, and containers of liquid. View the complete list.

Pictures: Your photograph will be taken by professional photographers as you cross the stage and again as you exit the stage. Purchase of these photos is optional. Island photography will email you proofs of the photos.
- It is important to keep moving while on stage. Do not stop to wave, wait for others, or take selfies as it slows the line and will disrupt the photographer who is trying to get photos of you and the person behind you.
- Special Accommodations: Graduates/guests requiring special accommodations should contact Janet Moscaritolo, jmoscaritolo@middlesexcc.edu.
- Diplomas for May 2024 Graduates will be available beginning the week of July 22. Diplomas are picked up by the graduates in Enrollment Services, located on the Edison campus in West Hall. Photo ID is required when picking up diplomas.
