Culinary Arts

The Culinary Arts Program prepares students for careers as restaurant manager, hotel/motel assistant manager, front office manager, dining room manager, cafeteria production manager in a variety of areas such as hotel, restaurants, resorts, cruise lines, catering centers, and healthcare facilities.

Culinary Arts Certificate

The Culinary Arts Program Certificate Program is designed for individuals who: 1) have a degree in another discipline and are currently working in the hospitality field; 2) do not have a post-secondary education and are interested in the hospitality field; or 3) have several years of experience in the hospitality field and need to acquire academic credentials for promotional opportunities.

Dietetics

The Dietetics-Transfer Program consists of challenging science and dietetics courses, as well as general education, and is designed for transfer to a four-year college or university.

Hospitality Management

Delivering high quality guest services is the backbone of the travel and tourism industry. The Hospitality Management Program prepares students for exciting careers in a variety of areas such as hotels, resorts, cruise lines, and more.
